Neon Colors are often called micas. They are however technically pigment. Micas will give a shimmer to a product that a pigment will not. The shimmer amount is determined by the micron size. The larger the micron amount the more shimmer it will impart in soap and other products. The neon colors will NOT give shimmer but will give amazing color to your products.
