Arnica flowers can be used to decorate soap tops for a natural looking soap but Arnica is well known to relieve swelling and promote healing.  Arnica flowers can be infused in your oils and then strained and used in soaps or lotions salves or other leave on products.  Arnica can also be used as a poultice or tea by infusing in water.
