Cracked birch is a wonderful outdoorsy scent. It conjures up a walk through the forest with leaves crunching under your feet with each step you take. A masculine scent, but appealing to the feminist and naturalist also.
An earthy, woody fragrance opening with top-notes of almond kernel and a dewy citrus splash, followed by a spicy-floral heart of jasmine, rose, carnation, dried nutmeg and cinnamon bark, and finishing with a mossy, patchouli, vanilla musk and birch wood base-note.

Normally, the only woody scent I really love is sandalwood. This fragrance changed that! Originally, I received it as a sample, and today bought the larger bottle. I think it will be a regular performer in my man-centric products, because it smells like my man went camping, with a fresh tone and a appealing draw that I don’t see in a lot of guy’s products. It’s fantastic!

I absolutely ADORE this scent!! As a woman who is smitten by a really good woodsy scent, this hits the spot! It’s rich, warm, cozy & so gloriously authentic! On its own, it will leave woodsy-lovers finding their happy place, and it makes for a gloriously wonderful blending fragrance too! After smelling 3 different “Vanilla Birch” FO’s from 3 different suppliers, I still hadn’t found “the one”. Decided I’d try making my own blend, and the results were nothing short of stunning!! I used equal parts “Cracked Birch” with American Soap Supplies’ “Vanilla Bean” and OH MY GOODNESS, it was FANTASTIC!!! The PRECISE Birch and Vanilla fragrance I have been looking for for so long! It’s PERFECTION, and behavior in my CP recipe was flawless! No problems AT ALL, and the scent in my soap is DIVINE! This will be a staple blend for me from now on, but the scent of this FO is so gorgeously multifaceted that I intend to make a batch with just this FO alone as well! My husband loves it and so do I! I am repeatedly blown away by how I’ve YET to come across a FO from American Soap Supplies that I haven’t been so impressed with, and I’ve purchased quite a few! OUTSTANDING fragrances from an OUTSTANDING company that only offers their customers the best of the best!!
