Description

Menthol flakes are a natural product created by freezing corn mint.  It has a distinctive camphor/mint aroma that is quite strong.  Flakes make incorporating into product easier and less time consuming.

Menthol flakes are used in products when a minty scent/tingle are desired.  It is used for foot scrubs icy/hot type creams and salves that promote pain relief cooling gels  shampoos and conditioners lip balms and scrubs mouthwash toothpaste breath sprays.  It is also commonly used to relieve sinus and clear the nasal passage.  Our menthol flakes are smaller than pictured above making them easier to disolve.

Menthol flakes will start to melt at about 100-105 degrees F.
