Description

Nettle leaf has the ability to lower blood pressure is a know diuretic and reduces joint and muscle pain. It makes a shade of lime green in soap.  It is also wonderful for hair giving it shine so it is an excellent addition as an infusion in oils for shampoo bars or to add to a conditioner or rinse water.
