Tapioca starch is used in bath bombs the same way corn starch is used, as a filler.  Tapioca starch gives a silky feeling to the water and also helps to absorb oils.  It dissolves in water and leaves no residue in the tub.  Tapioca starch can also be added to body butters and creams to give them a more powdery, silky feel and reduce the greasiness that is often found with using these butters/creams.   16 oz package
