I LOVE these molds!!! Everyone seems to be wanting custom batches this season which left me scrambling to buy a couple extra 2lb molds to keep up! The BEST part of my experience with purchasing these molds was the OUTSTANDING customer service that came with it! After sending a message regarding some batches that went awry in other molds I’d purchased elsewhere, Lori called me personally to address those concerns, help me troubleshoot, offer guidance & confirm with me if these were the molds that would best fit my needs! In fact, it’s the same measurements as the Crafters Choice 1501 molds, only without the hefty price tag, and the quality is EXCELLENT! No bowing, no funny business, just perfect loaves of soap that popped right out, no problems! I won’t purchase molds anywhere else from now on (TS mold! I’ve got my eye on you next!!), I just truly couldn’t be more pleased!! My molds arrived so very quickly & were packaged with care! FANTASTIC FO samples included with my order confirmed to me that this is a company that truly cares for their customers & wants them to have the best soaping experiences and results possible! I am so glad they worked out for you. The last thing I want is an unhappy customer. As you know we test our products thoroughly to make sure they perform.
