We can only accept returns on unused/unopened molds,tools,accessories and containers within two weeks of purchase. Once we receive the item(s) in good condition we will issue a refund on the cost of the item item(s) less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping of returned items and any taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We can not accept returns on any fragrance oils, additives, micas, butters or oils for any reason.
If you recieve a damaged item please take photos and contact us so that we can correct/resolve the problem.
There are shipping options available to you but please be advised that shipping first class does not include insuring your items and we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our facility.
Priority mail USPS does come with insurance and we will help you to file a claim and get you replacement merchandise if loss or damage does occur.
Fedex also carries insurance and we can help you to file a claim if your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
UPS also carries insurance and we can help you to file a claim if your package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
WILL CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE MARKED DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY CHOSEN.
If your package arrives damaged, we need photos and description of the damages. Do not throw away any of the packaging as we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipped.
Fragrance oils will only be shipped within the USA and in most cases will ship via ground.
